From domestic customers we accept all major credit cards for transactions under $25,000, all other (including international ones) transactions in amounts above must be paid by Bank Wire only (Direct Payment Option).
There is a 24-48 Hour processing time window for all new orders, excluding weekends and national US holidays.
All eligible purchases are subject to state and local taxes.
WARRANTY
In addition to the International Warranty from the Manufacturer, all timepieces are covered with 2-year Limited Warranty on the movement of the watch. It does not cover loss, damage, water, theft, or other force majeure events. Any damage caused by negligence or mishandling of the watch and/or its caliber is also not covered. In case International Manufacturer's Warranty has the beginning date, you will get the balance of it. The in-house warranty starts on the day of your purchase.
RETURNS
We only accept returns if the reason is that you received the item not as described in its original listing. In this unlikely event, we will take the timepiece back if you have returned it within the allowed timeframe, in the same condition you received it. If it is not returned in the same condition, and/or some accessories are missing and/or you have sized the bracelet and/or factory stickers were removed, we will apply a 15% restocking fee.
