Shipping is the charge for catalog and internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport, and handling. Special requests, including specification of carrier and/or future delivery dates, may include additional charges. Certain items requiring special delivery, oversized or heavy items, items shipped directly from vendors, shipments to delivery locations outside of the United States, and select merchandise have additional shipping charges. Delivery times are not guaranteed, notwithstanding additional charges, but are our best approximation and will vary with specific requests, such as gift box, gift wrap, and monogramming. Delivery times will be expected to be longer for locations outside the continental U.S. Shipments and deliveries occur only on weekdays. Shipping is subject to change and will be determined at time of order. Additional Shipping Information

  • Items ordered together may be shipped separately. Total shipping charges will be divided between all shipments but not necessarily evenly.
  • For orders that require more than one package, the additional charge for second business day and next business day deliveries will be per package.
  • Returns may affect final shipping charges. Shipping charges are not refundable unless merchandise is damaged or defective.
  • For orders of multiple items from different catalogs, shipping charges will be based on the information in the most current catalog.
  • Shipping charges may vary for catalog orders and online orders.
  • Items requiring special delivery have shipping charges indicated on the product page. For those items only, the amount displayed is the total shipping charge.
  • In compliance with U.S. Department of Transportation rules, restricted items such as fragrances must be delivered via standard shipping and cannot be shipped to APO, FPO & DPO addresses.

How do you ensure safe delivery?

All shipments are fully insured and securely packed under video supervision. We use premium couriers (e.g., SF Express or DHL SecureLine), and each parcel includes a unique tracking number.

How long does shipping take?

In-stock items are usually shipped within 1–3 business days. Customized or special-order pieces follow the brand’s production timeline. All parcels are insured and trackable from dispatch to delivery.

Can I resize or exchange if the size doesn’t fit?

Yes. Cartier, Bvlgari, and other brands offer one complimentary resizing or exchange (for eligible styles). Please contact us within 7 days after receiving your item.

Do you offer gift wrapping or greeting cards?

Absolutely. Every item comes with official brand gift packaging. Personalized greeting cards and gift bags are available upon request—perfect for special occasions.

Do you accept installment payments?

Yes. We accept credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Flexible installment payment options are available for some high-value watches – please contact our customer service team for details.

Are your jewelry and watches professionally inspected?

Yes. Every item is thoroughly inspected by certified specialists before listing, covering materials, gemstones, and movement performance. Our quality control standards are identical to those of the official brands.

Absolutely. Every timepiece undergoes precision timing, water resistance, and visual inspection tests before shipping, following Swiss horology standards. Test results are documented and included with your warranty card.

Will the jewelry tarnish or cause allergies?

No. Our pieces are made from high-purity metals and nickel-free materials, making them hypoallergenic and resistant to oxidation. With proper care, your jewelry will maintain its brilliance for years.

How should I clean and maintain my jewelry?

Avoid contact with perfumes, detergents, and high temperatures. Wipe gently with a soft cloth and take your jewelry to professional cleaning services or brand boutiques for ultrasonic cleaning and polishing.
